How to Earn LMC Coins?

Earn LMC coins based on your business performance. They are divided into three categories: Loyalty (L), Mastery (M) and Contest (C). The PBP One program rewards you with exclusive experiences and wholesome benefits based on your performance in these categories. Terms & Conditions

  • 1. General Terms and Conditions
    • The program is applicable for certified individual Agent Partner/POSP (IP) only.
    • The program starts on 1st October 2023 and ends on 31st March 2024 (after which a fresh business and coins earning cycle starts).
    • The company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions in case of any ambiguity and dispute.
    • The company reserves the right to change or terminate the entire program at any time without assigning any reason or giving prior notice. In such an event, any reward coins accumulated so far may or may not be allowed for redemption - whatever be the case, it will be at the sole discretion of the company.
    • This is a motivational and voluntary participation-based program offered by the company; nothing herein creates any relationship of agency, partnership, employer-employee, etc., with the Agent Partner/POSP, and the relationship is entirely independent.
    • The company reserves the right to use the Agent Partner's/POSP's personal information for promotional activities.
    • Participation in this program means the Agent Partner/POSP has read, understood, and confirms his/her acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    • By enrolling in this program, Agent Partner/POSP agrees to receive communication(s) from the company relating to the program, and Agent Partner/POSP unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against the company in this respect.
    • Agent Partner/POSP agrees that the company shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the program or with the acceptance, possession, redemption or use of reward.
    • The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to an Act of God, Governmental actions or other force majeure circumstance and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
    • The program shall be void in any State where prohibited by law. In such case, the company shall not be liable to provide any free cashback, gift(s) or compensation to the Participants on any account.
    • Agent Partner/POSP gives the company the right to publish and broadcast in any media, anywhere in the world - for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and other purposes - Agent Partner's/POSP's and Winner’s name, image, and photograph (except where prohibited by law) or any other information (about the program), without any further permission or consent or consideration in any form.
    • The decision of the company about the program and matters incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the Agent Partner/POSP.

  • 2. Coins Calculation and Redemption Terms and Conditions
    • Agent Partner/POSP shall be fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and redemption of coins. The company shall, in no case, be responsible and liable for any misuse or wrongful redemption of the same.
    • The coins/calculation cycle is fixed for a financial year only and will not carry forward to the next financial year. Even in the case of Life (monthly EMI policies), the same will not be considered for the next cycle. The program will reset to 0 starting April’24.
    • The coins need to be redeemed before the end of the current FY, as the coins will not get carried forward for redemption in the next FY. However, since the March’24 calculation will be reconciled post-March, a limited time window will be opened for the redemption of all coins accumulated for the FY 2023-24 cycle.
    • The rewards, value of LMC coins, and privileges of this program are offered at the sole discretion of the company and are subject to change without any prior notice.
    • Agent Partner/POSP qualifying and achieving the parameters announced as part of the program shall be eligible for coins as decided by the company periodically.
    • Rewards are subject to applicable tax laws/ TDS/ 194R and subject to change from time to time as per Government laws.
    • Any tax applicable on the reward thereof under this program will be borne by the Agent Partner/POSP.
    • All values are in INR.
    • Net premium will be considered for calculation.
    • In case the Agent Partner/POSP gets terminated or leaves the program in between, redemption will be based on the sole discretion of the company.
    • For coins calculation, business weightages may apply for coin accrual but may not apply for considering min. eligibilities (Loyalty/ Mastery/ Contest). Company to roll out details as and when required.
    • For EMI/ monthly/ quarterly premium payment cases both min. eligibility and accrual will be for one/ first month only (eligibility basis total annual premium and accrual basis monthly/ quarterly premium amount).
    • Special deals will be excluded from all calculations.
    • For Motor Business Vertical -

      • Only Direct Agent Partner's/POSP's are eligible in program.
      • All types of bookings to be considered (i.e. fresh/ rollover/ renewal etc).
    • For Health, Life & CL Business Vertical -

      • All Direct & Indirect Agent Partner's/POSP's will be eligible in the program.
      • For Health & Life, only fresh bookings will be considered.
      • For CL, fresh & rollover cases will be considered.
    • The program is on policy submission/ Booking month and for Life insurance business, coins shall be available for redemption after 45 days of Booking month (i.e. on policy issuance/ Free look period completion).
    • Once the score calculation is complete and approved by the company, the Agent Partner/POSP shall be intimated about the coins he/she has earned under the program and the same shall be credited to the Agent Partner's/POSP's account as decided by the company and will be communicated to the Agent Partner/POSP.
    • All decimal points in numerical values will be rounded off to the nearest integer value.

    • Loyalty Coins
    • To earn Loyalty coins, Agent Partner/POSP must fulfil the min. APE (NET) gate criteria in the respective BU as mentioned.
    • The consistency percentage is different for each business vertical, refer to the tables shown in the loyalty coins section to know about the consistency percentages.
    • If an Agent Partner/POSP is unable to fulfil the min. APE (NET) criteria in a month, he will earn zero coins and in the next month, his consistency weightage will be similar to the previous month before the month he last earned coins.
    • Max. APE (NET) is capped at INR 10L for Loyalty coins.
    • The base percentage for Loyalty coins, for all four BUs is the same (0.10%).
    • For Loyalty coins calculation cross-BU business will also be considered.

      Full means 100% Net APE Value. Net APE will be considered for the booking month only, in all types of policies and payment periodicities.

      Mastery Coins
    • To earn Mastery coins, Agent Partner/POSP must fulfil the min. APE (NET) per policy. The sum of APE (NET) of two or more policies will not be considered.
    • Mastery coins earnings are calculated cumulatively and are not based on any fixed cycle like monthly, quarterly, etc.
    • For Mastery in the Life Insurance business, vertical min. monthly NOP will be different for Term plans (15K) and Savings plans (25K).
    • For Mastery in the Motor Insurance business, two-wheeler NOPs will be excluded.
    • For Mastery in the Health Insurance business, travel NOPs will be excluded.
    • Additional point applicable to the Life Insurance business is -

      • For a single pay policy, the min. NET APE criteria will be considered as 10% of total NET APE.

      Contest Coins
    • Each contest will be governed by its respective terms and conditions and will be announced by the company from time to time.
    • Special deals will be excluded from contest calculations. Boosters may or may not apply depending on the final communication from the company.

    • Coin Redemption
    • Actual rewards catalogue to be revealed later.
    • The LMC coins earned in a specific month can only be redeemed in the later month or as per the specified timelines by the company.
    • Redemption of the vouchers is at the sole discretion of the Agent Partner/POSP and the company will not be liable for any loss or misuse.
    • In case of the Agent Partner’s/POSP's termination or resignation from PBPartners, the Agent Partner’s/POSP's coins redemption will be subject to the company’s discretion.
    • Points earned by the members are non-negotiable, non-redeemable vide cash, and cannot be further gifted, awarded or rewarded to any person other than the registered PBP One member himself.
    • If the redeemed/availed product is not available due to the manufacturer's delay or model obsoleteness, a suitable replacement product will be provided by PBP One. The available Variant (Colour) of the product will be shipped as per availability.
    • Please Read Product specifications carefully before redeeming.
    • The redeemed product would be sent to the address given by the User while placing the order request.
    • The process to follow in case a damaged or faulty product is received by the Member:-

      • Do not receive the product if the packaging is damaged, the same will RTO (Return to Origin), and the team will send a fresh product.
      • In case of receiving a damaged product report within 24 hours at PBP One Helpdesk by sending an email at pbpone@pbpartners.com OR programsupport@pbpone.com .
      • Any complaint post 24 hours of delivery will not be considered for replacement. All such cases will be treated as per the Brand guidelines.
      • The items that need installation should be installed by the OEM representative by logging the request on the call center number of OEM.
      • In case the product is found to be faulty or damaged, please log the complaint at the Brand Helpline to claim the warranty. The OEM may also decide to repair the product at their cost. The decision of OEM will be binding in this regard.
